This is a pretty simple/basic one, more method than recipe, but it's worked well for me.

Put 1 to 1 ½ cups of cold water in your Instant Pot.
Take eggs out of the fridge and put them in your egg rack or on the trivet in your Instant Pot.
Put the lid on the Instant Pot and set valve to seal.
Set to 5 minutes on manual.
When it beeps that it's complete, leave it for 5 minutes, then quick release.
Have a bowl of cold/ice water ready to put the eggs in.
Remove eggs from the Instant Pot into the ice water.
Leave them there for 10 minutes to cool.
Peel and refrigerate to enjoy any time.
Notes
I started out using the 5/5/5 method. 5 minutes under pressure, 5 minute release, 5 minutes in the ice bath. But I found that the eggs peel much more cleanly after 10 minutes of cooling vs. 5. You can certainly start sooner, but you get a nicer peel on your eggs if you wait.
